Please save the date. The program, as the others in the past, will identify the RLLI’s differences from applicable law in the targeted region. The targeted states for this program are California, Arizona, Washington and Oregon. Some of the key topics for this program will be misrepresentation, duty to defend, and recoupment.
This program will be a webinar with a panel of experts presenting. More details will be provided later this summer, but for now please save the date, September 9th. We know this event will be another outstanding opportunity for you to learn more about the Restatement and its impact in the targeted region.
