Mutual Director Certification (MDC) Program - Exam

EXAM FORMAT

The NAMIC Mutual Director Certification exam is administered online and consists of a randomized series of multiple choice questions from the Directors’ Bootcamp 2.0 session content. Individuals have one hour to complete the exam and will pass with a grade of 70 percent.

EXAM STUDY GUIDE

Once enrolled in the program, participants will have access to an exam study guide. This online guide will provide supplemental information and sample exam questions.

EXAM RETAKE POLICY

If an individual does not pass the exam the first time, he/she will be allowed up to two retakes. An exam retake fee will apply each time. After a third attempt without passing the exam, the individual is no longer eligible to take the exam for certification.
