Exhibitor Email Service

NAMIC is pleased to offer an email service which will provide Annual Convention exhibitors the opportunity to send a custom or templated HTML marketing email to the NAMIC Annual Convention attendees.

  • Connect with Convention attendees via the exhibitor email service for a fee of $1000 per date selected.
  • Exhibitors may choose from a set of select calendar dates which are available to send your marketing email.
  • You will be able to design your own custom HTML email (within NAMIC specs) or you can choose from one of three template designs.
  • If you choose a templated design, you will provide the text and images for your email.
  • You will receive one test email with one round of edits to ensure that your email is ready for launch.
  • In order to stay on schedule, you will agree to meet a set of deadlines when you complete the order form.
  • After you reserve and purchase your “email date,” you will receive a confirmation email with the additional details and the steps needed to complete your marketing email.

Exhibitor Enhancements and Add-Ons

Back in 2022, NAMIC is excited to offer enhancements to bring customers to exhibitor booths and engage in a casual unique way during the networking breaks and receptions. Login to the exhibitor portal to purchase drink tickets for the Sunday or Monday receptions to give to attendees. The tickets can be redeemed at the event bars to receive a complimentary glass of wine, bottle of domestic or imported beer, mixed cocktail or soda. Tickets only valid during the Sunday and Monday receptions. Refunds will not be provided for unused tickets. Please note, NAMIC will be providing limited quantities of complimentary drink options to attendees. 10 tickets for $160, branded with your company logo on the back. Snacks also available for purchase. Order by September 16.

NAMIC is pleased to offer you a virtual exhibit hall experience included with your in-person booth registration. Wondering what a virtual sponsor showcase really looks like?   • Access to the Meeting Hub, an attendee connection hub where you can chat with attendees, share contact information, view attendee queue, schedule meetings, and export your contacts
  • Ability to video conference with booth visitors
  • Screen sharing option within video chats for collaboration
  • Ability to upload brochures, videos, URLs to showcase your company
  • Attendees will have access to uploaded documents and company descriptions throughout the event
