Terrorism Risk Insurance Act [F]
The Terrorism Risk Insurance Program is a terrorism loss management plan for the federal government, created in 2002 to preserve private sector participation in terrorism insurance markets, and set to expire in December 2020. NAMIC strongly supports the TRIA program, and believes that it is vital for protecting businesses and providing stability for the economy.
