This year’s Management Conference destination features charming cobblestones, a breezy waterfront, centuries-old architecture, and monuments galore dating back to 1630. Filled with rich history, Boston is one of North America’s oldest and most beautiful cities, offering attendees a unique blend of historical sites and modern attractions. The 2024 Management Conference will be held at the InterContinental Boston, located in the heart of the city and within walking distance of Boston’s popular Seaport District.

Event Hotel Rates and Cut-Off Date

Rate: $385 plus taxes per night

Management Conference attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. A set number of rooms are available at the group rate for registered conference attendees until Thursday, May 23, 2024 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. After this time, the hotel has the right to sell any available rooms at a rate which they choose. While NAMIC studies past attendance trends and the needs of our members, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available. Please plan ahead and secure a reservation as soon as possible to receive the group rate.

To ensure that enough hotel rooms are available for conference attendees, NAMIC reserves the right to limit attendees to one room per registered attendee within the discounted guest room block. If this occurs, additional rooms can be reserved at the hotel's list rates as long as rooms are available.
