South Carolina: ‘Glass’ Bill Requires Two-Part Meeting
Discussion of South Carolina HB 4042 by the Senate Banking Committee and insurance commissioner last week drew such a large crowd that many of those standing outside in the third-floor hallway of the Senate office building were shunted to a meeting room on the second floor where they could listen to the proceedings.
