Florida: Reform on Many Fronts Being Thoroughly Examined
This is a busy week for Florida pre-session activity. The Senate Banking and Insurance Committee is expected to vote today on SB 408, the omnibus property insurance package containing sinkhole reforms and other provisions from the 2010 SB 2044 vetoed by then-Gov. Charlie Crist.
