Louisiana: Commissioner Wants to Weaken Alien Reinsurance Collateral Requirements
NAMIC has learned that Louisiana Insurance Commissioner Donelon is planning to have legislation introduced that would allow him the authority to weaken collateral requirements for alien reinsurers, a la a controversial NAIC proposal.
