Illinois Members in Washington to Kick-Off 2010 CCP
Kicking off this year’s CCP on April 13 was the great state of Illinois. This was a very fitting occasion for Illinois as they were here to mark the beginning of CCP’s Silver Anniversary. Remarkably, Illinois was one of three states – the other two being New York and Pennsylvania – that participated when CCP began 25 years ago.
