New York: Senate Insurance Committee to Hold No-Fault Hearing in New York City

The New York Senate Standing Committee on Insurance will hold a hearing on no-fault fraud in New York City on April 26. The purpose of the hearing, which will be presided over by Sen. James L. Seward, is “To examine ways to reduce the incidence of no-fault auto insurance fraud in New York,” according to the notice issued by the Insurance Committee.
