Florida Senate Passes Property Package
The Florida Senate Friday passed its omnibus property insurance package, SB 2044, after eliminating one critical piece supported by insurers – restoration of partial holdbacks in replacement cost coverage on contents – but holding firm on other important provisions to attack cost drivers.
