Ohio: Please Oppose ‘Cy Pres’ Proposals that Would Mandate Charitable Contributions
The following alerts have been sent by NAMIC’s state advocacy partner in Ohio, the Ohio Insurance Institute, as well as the Ohio Alliance for Civil Justice Reform, to business community advocates urging opposition to identical Senate and House proposals that would have a detrimental effect on Ohio’s litigation environment and could hinder economic development.
